Hybrid work in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Role

You will be responsible for programming CNC programs for our clients as part of our services, ensuring they receive the highest-quality NC programs and exceptional customer service. You will also be the primary user of our core technology, providing valuable feedback to our software and AI developers.

Day-to-day activities

• Developing NC programs, technology, setup sheets, and production files for international clients.
• Use primarily NX CAM software (potentially learn and use: Mastercam, SolidCAM, GibbsCAM, and NC simulators like Vericut).
• Test and improve new software plugins and tools to enhance your programming productivity and achieve optimized results in less time.
• Involve in specifying product requirements and requesting new software features. Your feedback is critical for core technology and product development.

Must-Have Personal Characteristics

• Problem-solving mindset.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, quickly learning new technologies as needed.

Must-Have Experience

• Over 5 years of experience in CNC production and manufacturing technologies, such as 5-axis milling (must). Bonus: turning, multi-axis milling, Swiss, CMM, EDM, and grinding.
• Familiarity with machining common industrial materials in the Industrial equipment Aerospace, Defence, and Medical market. 
• Proficiency in English for technical documentation and professional communication.
